3161 Market is the next phase in the ever-expanding university city campus. Located at the corner of Market Street and JFK Blvd, this iconic high-rise will create a symbolic doorway and beacon to the urban campus. This 24-story tower will house a variety of programs including a new student center, administrative offices, classrooms / labs for all areas of engineering and student housing w/ resident amenities. Sustainable design principles will be incorporated through renewable energy and materials, a storm water management plan, and green roofs and terraces. Urban planning principles help integrate this new project into the urban campus fabric.
